   Windows NT 4.0

   Installation:
   -------------
   When you are in Windows NT :
   1. Select the 'Network' icon in the Control Panel Group.

   2. Click the 'Add' button in the 'Network' Dialog Box.

   3. Select the 'Adapter' and click the 'Add' button in the 'Network'
      Dialog Box.

   4. Click the 'Have Disk...' button in the 'Select Network adapters' 
      Dialog Box.

   5. Insert the driver disk into floppy drive, type the following 
      pathname 'A:\WINNT40' which is the path where the setup file
      OEMSETUP.INF is located, and then click the 'OK' button in the
      'Insert Disk' Dialog Box.

   6.The Select OEM Option dialog box opens,and then click 'OK' button.

   7. The screen will appear "Speed/Duplex Mode" dialog box which is 
      provide by the driver. The default value is "Auto" so that the
      adapter and its driver will auto-detect the line speed, while the
      driver is loading. 

   8. Then screen will appear 'Input Network Address'. 
      Select 'Skip', except for your networking applications need Network 
      Address.

   9. The Next screen will appear 'Input Tx Early Threshold', select 'OK'.
      We recommend to use default value.
  
  10. Click 'Close' in the Network Dialog box when the copying process is 
      complete.
    
  11. NT will then perform the binding process. If any additional network
      software options were installed, you may be prompted for specific
      information for these packages.

  12. Restarting your system you will acquire network service.
